If you're just getting started building an audience for your personal brand, I'd avoid:

❌ Investing in paid advertising
❌ Running surveys or focus groups
❌ Buying $100s worth of digital courses 
❌ Buying scheduling or content management tools

Do they help? Absolutely. But not at first.

In the early stages, there is no better teacher than simply posting consistently, testing different formats, and having fun with it.

Nothing will help you understand your audience and content metrics as much as that.

The truth is that there is NO substitute for being a beginner.

All we need to do is grab the mic. **
